With extensive experience in starting and scaling recruitment businesses his focus is on the development and execution of growth strategies within and across the Recolution group of recruitment companies. He is an executive headhunter working in tandem with clients to fulfil retained briefs.

With a track record in financial services and a wealth of experience operating at Board and ExCo level, Jo is a collaborative and people-focused NED. Jo brings a robust view on governance, identification and leverage of market trends and fuels growth. Working directly with the CEO, Jo is instrumental in aligning the company to the execution of its strategic goals and supporting on the intricacies and complexities of our complex hiring mandates.
